With a dream to challenge the status quo, Andrew established Stable Group in 2020. His love for new home builds and renovations fueled his passion to create his own project planning consulting business. Managing the operation of the business and building projects, Andrew is committed to quality workmanship, excellent communication and projects that are delivered on time and within budget.

Andrew Grigg

Managing Director

Andrew brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in New Zealand’s building and construction industry, leading projects with a steady, solutions-focused approach. As Managing Director, he works closely with clients from concept through to completion, ensuring a clear, well-managed, and stress-free process. He has a strong ability to simplify complex builds—navigating design, council requirements, and project delivery—while keeping teams aligned and projects moving efficiently. Known for his calm manner, straight-up communication, and commitment to quality, Andrew builds lasting relationships based on trust and results. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for motorsport track racing.

Brad Goold

Client & Project Manager

Brad is part of the Sales and Advisory Project Management team at Neda Builda, working closely with clients through the early planning, design, and build stages of residential projects. He focuses on creating a clear, well-managed experience from the first conversation through to project delivery. With a background in business development, client advisory, and infrastructure, Brad brings a practical, commercially minded approach. He’s known for building strong relationships and helping clients navigate projects with clarity, confidence, and the right structure from the outset. Outside of work, Brad enjoys mountain biking and has a strong interest in business strategy, personal development, and long-term growth.

Reshma Darne

Architectural Designer,
LBP Design 2

Reshma is an experienced Architectural Designer (LBP 2, New Zealand) and a Registered Architect in India, with over 15 years in the industry. She specialises in residential design, supported by a background in commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. With a strong focus on detailed documentation and delivery, Reshma guides projects from concept through to consent, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated process. Her thorough approach helps reduce RFIs and supports efficient project delivery. Working closely with the wider team, she ensures each project is delivered with precision and design integrity. Outside of work, Reshma enjoys painting on canvas, practising meditation, and spending time in nature.

Arthur Wang

Architectural Designer,
LBP Design 2

Arthur is an experienced LBP Architectural Technician with a strong background in residential projects across Auckland. He brings solid knowledge in design, documentation, construction methodology, and regulatory compliance, supporting projects from concept through to consent. With a focus on bridging the gap between architectural ideas and practical, buildable solutions, Arthur plays a key role in ensuring designs are both functional and achievable. His attention to detail in documentation helps streamline the build process and supports high-quality outcomes. Outside of work, Arthur enjoys partner dancing, including West Coast Swing and Zouk.

Karin Eloff

Business & Operations Executive

Karin is an experienced administrator and project coordinator with a strong background in executive support, operations, and process improvement. She’s known for bringing structure to busy environments, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. With a practical, solutions-focused approach, Karin thrives on improving systems, streamlining workflows, and supporting people to perform at their best. She enjoys working across multiple areas of the business and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Karin enjoys photography, staying active with fitness, and embracing farm life, with a strong interest in horticulture and the outdoors.

Stable Group was established due to a gap in the market for trusted preliminary building services. This means all of the services that take place before building begins: concept design plans, costing estimates, tender agreements and consent applications. 

People were signing agreements only to find out that their finished build wasn’t what they wanted.  Or that they couldn’t finish their build because what they wanted was way out of their budget.



What they needed was trusted building experts to guide them through the preliminary process and to take care of all of the paper work involved.
