Meet the team
Our beginning
Stable Group was established in 2020 to give homeowners experienced, independent guidance through the decisions that shape a successful residential project.
After more than 30 years in the building industry, Andrew Grigg saw a recurring problem: people were committing to projects before the design, budget, consent pathway and practical build requirements were properly understood. By the time those issues surfaced, changing direction was difficult and expensive.
Stable Group was created to close that gap. Today, the team combines real construction insight with architectural design, accurate documentation and organised project coordination. The result is a clearer path from early ideas to approved, buildable plans.

Meet Stable Group
A close-knit team with complementary skills, united by practical thinking, open communication and a commitment to work that can be approved and built.
Andrew brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in New Zealand building and construction. He guides clients from the first project conversation through design, council requirements and delivery, making complex decisions easier to understand and manage. His calm approach, straightforward communication and focus on quality help keep people aligned and projects moving. Away from work, Andrew enjoys the outdoors and motorsport track racing.
Call Me
Brad works across client advisory, sales and project management, supporting homeowners through the early planning, design and build stages. His background in business development, infrastructure and commercial advisory brings practical structure to each project. He is focused on strong relationships, clear expectations and helping clients move forward with confidence. Outside work, Brad enjoys mountain biking, business strategy and personal development.
Reshma is a New Zealand LBP Design 2 Architectural Designer who also holds professional registration as an architect in India. With more than 15 years of industry experience, she has worked across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects. Her detailed, methodical approach supports well-coordinated documentation from concept through consent, reducing uncertainty and protecting design integrity. Outside work, Reshma enjoys canvas painting, meditation and time in nature.
Arthur is an experienced LBP architectural professional with a strong background in Auckland residential projects. His knowledge spans design, technical documentation, construction methodology and regulatory compliance. He specialises in turning architectural ideas into practical, buildable solutions and producing the detailed information that helps construction run smoothly. Outside the studio, Arthur enjoys partner dancing, including West Coast Swing and Zouk.
Karin has more than 30 years of experience in administration and project coordination, including executive support, operations and process improvement. She brings structure to busy projects, keeps teams connected and continually looks for better ways of working. Her practical, solutions-led mindset helps the wider business stay organised and responsive. Beyond work, Karin enjoys photography, fitness, farm life, horticulture and the outdoors.
